These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Welfare Clean ("we", "our", "us"). By booking or using our cleaning services, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. By making a booking on our website, via email, or by phone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Welfare Clean provides a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to the following:

Welfare Cabin Cleaning for railway and construction sites, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-use cleaning.

End-of-Tenancy Cleaning to ensure properties are left in pristine condition when tenants move out, including deep cleaning of all rooms, surfaces, and appliances.

One-Off Cleaning for customers needing a thorough clean without ongoing contracts. This service is ideal for homes, offices, or commercial spaces.

Office and Commercial Cleaning for regular or one-time cleaning of offices, commercial spaces, and workplaces. Services include dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, and waste removal.

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Solutions using non-toxic, biodegradable, and environmentally responsible products whenever possible.
3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Bookings for cleaning services can be made online via our website, by email at info@welfareclean.co.uk, or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability. By booking, you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Requested Quote: You may request a customized quote for any of the services above by contacting us via email or phone. Prices vary based on service type, size of the property, and specific cleaning requirements.

Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or other methods specified at the time of service.

4. Cancellation Terms

Cancellation by Customer:

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning without incurring any charges.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost.

If the customer does not cancel or reschedule the booking, and the cleaning team cannot access the premises at the scheduled time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation by Welfare Clean:

Welfare Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking if circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling the service, such as unforeseen staffing issues, equipment failure, or emergencies. We will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide an alternative arrangement or full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Access to Property: The Customer must ensure that the property or welfare cabin is accessible to our cleaning staff at the scheduled time. If access is not available, additional charges may apply.

Pets and Safety: If pets are present on the premises, the Customer agrees to secure them safely during the cleaning process.

Special Requests: The Customer agrees to inform Welfare Clean of any specific cleaning requests, particularly for End-of-Tenancy cleaning, Office and Commercial cleaning, or any unique cleaning needs, before the service is carried out.
6. Our Responsibilities

Quality of Service: We will provide cleaning services with reasonable care and skill, ensuring the property is cleaned to industry standards. However, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or damages.

Employee Conduct: Our cleaning staff will behave professionally and courteously at all times. Welfare Clean reserves the right to remove any employee from a job if necessary.

Complaints Procedure: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including offering a re-clean or compensation where applicable.
7. Liability and Insurance

Damage to Property: Welfare Clean is fully insured for public liability. In the event of damage caused by our cleaning staff, we will repair or replace the damaged property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Customers should notify us of any visible pre-existing damage before the service begins. If such damage is not disclosed or noted, we will not be held responsible for any claims of pre-existing damage.

Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, or damage to the Customer’s reputation.

Personal Injury: The Customer agrees to indemnify Welfare Clean from any claims of personal injury occurring during or as a result of the cleaning services, except where due to our negligence.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services, such as your name, address, phone number, and payment details. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that your personal data is securely handled and used only for providing the services you request. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
9. Use of Photos for Social Media and Marketing

Photographs: During the course of providing cleaning services, Welfare Clean may take photographs of the cleaned areas for marketing and promotional purposes.

Use of Photos: By booking our services, you consent to Welfare Clean using any photographs taken during the cleaning for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, our website, and advertising materials.

Anonymity: We will ensure that any identifiable personal information, such as names or private property details, will not be shared in these photographs unless permission is explicitly provided.

Opt-out Option: If you do not wish for photos of your property to be used in marketing materials, please inform us prior to the service, and we will respect your wishes.
10. Termination of Agreement
Welfare Clean reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any Customer at any time, particularly in cases of non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet the terms outlined in this agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
