Are your cleaners trained?
At Welfare Clean, our experienced cleaners are fully trained to work safely in railway and construction environments. We are COSHH trained for the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and sharps trained to manage hazardous waste, such as needles, responsibly.

Do you provide emergency services?
Absolutely. At Welfare Clean, we understand that cleaning emergencies don't always happen during the working day. We provide priority emergency call-outs, 7 days a week by arrangement, including nights and weekends.

What is a welfare cleaner?
A welfare cleaner cleans and maintains the welfare facilities on railway, construction and solar sites, including welfare units and cabins, canteens, drying rooms, site offices and toilet blocks.

Do you just power-wash?
No. At Welfare Clean, every clean is done by hand. We get into the corners, edges and fittings a jet wash misses, and on deep cleans that means proper scrubbing on hands and knees.

Can you hold keys for access?
Yes. We can hold keys, fobs and access codes for regular cleans, so you don't need to be on site to let us in. Keys are stored securely and labelled without addresses, and they're only used for scheduled cleans.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed for the clean. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
